Leadership Connections
Leadership Connection is a custom designed program for people who aspire to be leaders or for those who want to sharpen their skills. The program is based on a framework that focuses on three aspects:
Participants can enroll in one of two levels based on the skills needed
- Leading Self
- Leading Individuals or Teams
- Leading Organizations
Level One Program consist of 40 hours of face to face instruction. Topics include but are limited to the following:
